Grades 6th-8th:

Tryout dates and times

• Saturday, November 15 th— 3:30 PM – 5:00 PM

• Saturday, November 22nd— 3:30 PM – 5:00 PM

Season dates: December 1 — May 31

Tournaments: 12 events across the season

Location:

•Shoot 360 EDH (4650 Golden Foothill Pkwy Ste #130, El Dorado Hills, CA 95762)

Attendance:

•Players expected to attend both tryout session

•If a player cannot attend one of the dates, notify the program director in advance by email or phone; failure to attend two sessions may affect roster consideration.

Tryout fee:

•One‑time $20 tryout fee, accepted at the door, cash only.

•The $20 covers all tryout sessions; players do not pay per session.

Team selection and billing:

•Team selection decisions announced after tryouts.

•Payment is not due until teams are selected and the offer is accepted.

Season Schedule

• Practices: 2× per week from Dec 1 through mid‑January; 1× per week from mid‑January through May.

• Days and Times TBD

• Practice length: 1.5–2 hours.

• Primary practice location: Shoot 360 EDH gym

*Other gyms TBD as needed

Tournament weekends: Typically Saturday and/or Sunday. Tournament schedule and locations provided after roster is set.

•Mostly Local tournaments in Sacramento region

•Possible travel to Bay Area / Reno for regional tournaments
