Shooting :
Master the mechanics of a great shooters starting with proper footwork, body alignment, hand and ball position, release point, and follow through. Starting with stationary form shooting, we will progress through progressing to catch and shoot techniques., followed by shots off the dribble.
Offered on Mondays
April: 1st, 8th, 15th, 22nd
Grades: 3rd-5th Time: 5:00pm-6:00pm
Grades: 6th-8th Time: 6:00pm-7:00pm
Little Ballers 4 WEEK Courses (Kinder- 2nd Grade)
Cost: $90 Members // $125 non-member
(1 class per 4 week session)
Wednesdays 4:00pm-5:00pm
April: 3rd, 10th, 17th, 24th
The Little Ballers program is for players Kinder-2nd grade. The program is designed to give children an opportunity to begin their basketball playing experience in a fun and supportive environment. During the class, activities are introduced to promote proper balance, equipment, hand eye coordination, following directions and early basketball fundamentals.
